Chapter 21: Short Letter (sorry mom)




Hey there everyone! Sorry this week's letter is going to be a bit short!

Here's a powerful scripture: 2 Nephi 31:20
Always remember that in times of difficulty, in trials, when things seem hard that we need to always press forward. Always remember that if we have faith, if we rely on the scriptures and the Lord, He will always help us, even when we're about to give up. We need to press forward with steadfastness, with certainty and with determination. If we follow the advice of this scripture we are promised all the blessings of eternal life.

I know I am out here, engaged in the Lord's work. He guides us day by day and even though we face opposition, even though the work is hard, He is always there to support us with His love.

This week was pretty tough, but I know that if I press forward, I will not fail.

Bonus for the week!  A couple from Arizona sent me a text message with pictures of Chandler!!!
Chandler said his companion and him were cleaning up the baptismal font and church grounds and this couple from Arizona say the Church's Christmas campaign sign and came to talk to them.  So thankful for thoughtful people to send me pictures!!

Chapter 87: Happy Leap Day!

District Pedicures My Companion and I experiencing a pedicure for the first time Elder Murray dulling our only good knife Celebrating my 20 months on the mission with Cinnabon William's baptism!   Hey guys! This week it was overcast and slightly raining for 3 days which made the weather not that hot for those days, so that was a blessing William's Baptism: Saturday was leap day we celebrated with a baptism!! Our boy William was baptized on Saturday, and even though he doesn't smile in any pictures, we promise he was really happy that day! He's such a wholesome kid and he's really smart too! This week we're going to teach him about the priesthood to prep him to receive the Aaronic Priesthood this week or next! District Pedicures: Our good friend Hermana Cox is ending her mission this week and may have convinced our whole district to get pedicures together... So I got my first pedicure this week.
